Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
Return Conditions
For food products, returns may be accepted only where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
Products should not be opened, used, or tampered with unless the issue itself requires opening the package to identify the problem.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
